  • The Department Withdrawal Report program creates a detailed year-to-date list of withdrawals and issues by department and general ledger account number
    • The report includes the Item Number, Item Quantity, Unit Cost, Extended Cost (Item Quantity x Unit Cost), Issue Date, Requisition Number, and Fund Total values
    • The date range looks at the GL effective dates
