Why does a vendor name display on my budget detail when there is no vendor

Description of Issue

When accessing next year budget entry > detail info the vendor name that I set to blank is still displayed to the right of the Vendor field.

Cause

This is a display issue only. Scrolling through detail, a vendor name on one detail record will display on the next detail record if that record has no vendor.

Resolution

Work ticket MUN-409174 has been created to address the display issue.
