Description of Issue
User can only see a limited amount of outstanding checks report in Accounts Payable Check Reconciliation.

Cause
User has Limited data access on their Accounts Payable Role to View others' AP Docs during inquiry.
Resolution
User will need to have their Accounts Payable Role Data Access permission View Others' AP docs during inquiry set to Full to see all checks.
