Unable to Remove a Position from the Employee Profile
Description of Issue
Unable to remove a position from an employee's profile due to the following error:
The position cannot be deleted because it is already set up as a Requirement for this user on Advanced Shift(s) XXXX (ShiftName)

Cause
The position was still assigned as a required position on the employee's shift.
Resolution
To remove the employee/position requirement from the shift:
- Select Schedule Editor
- Select Shift Maintenance
- Select the pencil for specified shift
- Select Requirements By Position
- Use the employee's position drop down to select Any or the employees new position
- If the employee should no longer be apart of this shift, select the delete icon and add an effective date.
- Select Save
