Contract Entry allows Account use outside of user's Account/Segment Group access restriction

A user has a Limited access to accounts within the Account/Segment Group access on the General Ledger role and is restricted to a specific Object Code in the Contract Entry and Contract Change Orders program. But when entering an Encumbered Accounts contract, though the Help ellipses only lists that one object, manually entering the Object code allows the use of any object.
