Asset Scheduling Appointment feature produces an error

Description of Issue

The following error is received when attempting to schedule an appointment in the Assets program: 

Cannot add appointment - System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapException: Server was unable to process request. ---> System.ServiceModel.FaultException`1[System.ServiceModel.ExceptionDetail]: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Install MUN-410557 once it's been released
