GA TRS Contract Months not updating

Context

Cause

GA Teacher Retirement Maintenance 0 Month Record was not updated when position changed.

Resolution
  1. In GA Teacher Retirement Maintenance program, click Search
  2. Enter Employee number
  3. In Reporting Month field, enter 0 and click Accept
  4. Click Update
  5. In Contract Months/Type field select the correct value and click Accept
