Created VA tax bills without penalty dates

I created my tax bills without specifying  penalty dates within tax year settings

• Munis
• Tax
• VA Tax Bills

Penalty dates have to been added to Penalty Options screen of Tax Year Settings for the Year, Category, and Cycle

Tax Support will need to run scripts to add the penalty dates onto the bill. 

Add the penalty dates for future bills.

1. Navigate to Property Revenues > Property Tax Billing > South > Virginia > Setup > Tax Year Settings
2. Search by Year, Category, and Cycle/Comm
3. Select Penalty Options from the ribbon
4. Add a record with the desired penalty setup.
