Description of Issue

I created my tax bills without specifying penalty dates within tax year settings

Context

Cause

Penalty dates have to been added to Penalty Options screen of Tax Year Settings for the Year, Category, and Cycle

Resolution

Tax Support will need to run scripts to add the penalty dates onto the bill.

Add the penalty dates for future bills.

Navigate to Property Revenues > Property Tax Billing > South > Virginia > Setup > Tax Year Settings
Search by Year, Category, and Cycle/Comm
Select Penalty Options from the ribbon
Add a record with the desired penalty setup.
