In Hub Card Designer, should {CurrentUser} work for the Assigned Employee Name field in the Work Orders dataset?

Current functionality of the {CurrentUser} tag does not allow for any results to be returned for the Assigned Employee Name field in the Work Orders dataset
Additional Information
The {CurrentUser} tag requires that the Hub username exactly match the value in the EAM field for it to return any results
