How can I update my salary table to be a pay band?

Cause


Resolution

Salary tables cannot be updated to pay bands. A new pay band table will need to be created.

  1. Access Salary Tables: Human Resources > Position Control and Budgeting > Salary Tables.
  2. Click Add.
  3. Define applicable Grade and Group BU. 
  4. Check the Pay Band checkbox.
  5. Define applicable calc code and pay default information. 
  6. TAB down to the salary levels, define applicable amounts. 
  7. Click Save.
