IN ERM Voluntary PERF contributions missing

Description of Issue

Voluntary PERF contributions are not coming through on the upload file

Context

Cause

PERF voluntary deductions were not defined on the Generate.

Resolution
  1. Open IN ERM Report
  2. Go to Period Records
  3. Select Generate
  4. Choose the PERF Criteria tab
  5. Under Voluntary Retirement section, populate the Post-tax and/or Pre-tax ranges as needed and press Accept
  6. Choose the appropriate Payroll Run, enter the Payroll Warrant and set Reporting Fund to PERF
  7. Press Accept
  8. Answer YES to the prompt
