Employee's rate not updating to new salary table rate

Description of Issue

I updated the effective date in Employee Job/Salary and the hourly rate is not updating.

Context
  • Munis
  • Employee Job/Salary
Cause

Employee's Off-Step/Frozen field was set to O - Offstep.

Resolution
  1. Access Employee Job/Salary: Payroll > Employee Maintenance > Employee Job/Salary.
  2. Search for employee.
  3. Click Update.
  4. Select No in Off-Step/Frozen field.
  5. Click Accept.
