Contract Line Over-Expended or Over-Liquidated

Contract Line Over-Expended or Over-Liquidated

Description of Issue

A specific Contract line's Expended amount or Liquidated amount is greater than that line's Revised amount, causing that line to be in the negative. This can also throw off the total Available amount of the Contract and what is truly available on just the current year lines.

Context
  • Munis
  • Purchasing
  • Contract Management
Cause

There are a variety of causes for a Contract line to be over-liquidated or over-expended, the majority of which are Munis defects.

Resolution

Please contact Munis Purchasing Financial Support for investigation about what may have caused the negative available line.
