PA Act32 Report - Incorrect PSD codes when there is a new hire or address change

PSD codes for occupation tax location are reporting the same as the employees local residency tax location

Two LIT deductions were not processed in payroll

Manually edit the Period Record.

1. In the PA Act32 program, select Period Records
2. Select Update and enter the correct code

PA Act32 requires two LIT deductions in every check for every employee.  One deduction is used for the Work PSD and one deduction for the Residence PSD.
