Sites upgrading from a version below  2019.1 to 2019,1 or higher need to complete the Utility Billing Backflow Devices Assets Integration Upgrade Tool

Upgrade Preparation Utility
To complete the preparation:

1. Open the Munis Upgrade Preparation Utility from the Munis menu.
   Munis > System Administration > General Administration > Munis Upgrade Preparation Utility

2. Click Define.

3. Verify the Current Database Version value. This value must be less than 2019.1.

4. In the Update Target Version, select version upgrading to.

5. Click Accept.

6. Highlight Utility Billing Backflow Devices-Asset Integration Upgrade Tool.

7. Click Execute

Once in UB Backflow Migration Setup you must specify the department to map Backflow Devices to the Asset Maintenance module: 

1. Click Update.
2. From the Default Backflow Servicing Department list, select the default administrative department for the backflow devices. This selection identifies the work order department that owns all backflow device asset types and that governs the administrative responsibility of these assets.
