Time Entry Add Batch Option Cancelled at Users Request

I am in Time Entry adding a batch and after Accepting I am getting an error,

Add Batch Option Cancelled at Users Request.

• Payroll
• Payroll Processing
• Time Entry Processing
• Time Entry 

Users Role has limited Location Data Access.

1. In System Admin> Security> Roles. Search for the Role assigned to the user.
2. Click on HR Management/Payroll
3. Under Data Access, next to Location Maintenance Access. Click the yellow folder.
4. Update to Limited or Full access and define Location Ranges. Click Accept
5. Instruct user to log out and back into Munis or refresh browser and try again.

Must have permission to access Roles in System Admin to update.
