Access denied due to program security established by the System Administrator

Cause
Insufficient permissionsÂ
Resolution
System Administration > Security> User AttributesÂ
- Search for the User Id
- Select the role which grants permission to menu access to the userÂ
- Select Edit Role option at the bottom of the screenÂ
- Select Menu SecurityÂ
- Select the menu path to get to System Administration>Workflow Administration>System Department CodesÂ
- Select Edit and add System Department Codes
