Description of Issue

State rejected new hire submission file because Federal ID and Address are missing.

Report selected in Report Option field, which only creates a proof report.

Resolution

Change Report Option field to either “Electronic File” or “Both”.

Additional Information

The file that should be submitted to the reporting agency will have a name along the lines of, prtnhmag0003.txt.
