Unable to assign recording fee

Client is trying to assign recording fee. MUNIS is unable to find parcel to add the charge code

MUNIS 11.3 or higher

You will be unable to assign recording fee because assign dates program has not been run yet. 

MUNIS>Property Revenue> Property Tax Billing> Northeast> New Hampshire> Lien processing/reports> Delinquency processing>Assess Fees/Dates. 

In Assess Fees/Dates. Assign advertising. posting, and or lien dates.

• Define. Choose correct lien year you working with. Update and enter advertising, Posting date, and Lien date. Choose how you want the print data to appear and effective date.
• Accept
• Select
• Munis will select records. Confirm total amount is correct and correct dates. 
• Output-Post.
• Post dates. 

Now you can assign recording fee.
