Description of Issue
There is a date in the generate accounts receivables screen and we are unsure what that does?

MUNIS 11.3
Cause
Date information allows accounting to know when bills where created in MUNIS.
Resolution
The date in generate accounts receivables is the date in which the general ledger recognizes the receivables that has been committed. Any date can be used but for further clarification you should ask the town accountant which is the best date to post the bills to.
