Book and page not displaying correctly on MLC

Description of Issue

Book appears to be missing on the MLC. Looking at the Parcels program you can see on the current record that the book is not showing on the legal tab

Context

MUNIS 11.3.

Cause

This is because sites are out of code.

Resolution

Download the latest service pack that is available. Once the service pack is loaded, put the CAMA extract data into MUNIS via Property revenue>Property tax billing>Northeast>Massachusetts> assessor processing and reports> Import Real Estate CAMA to MUNIS

Fill out the information like you would normally do. Only update current record and un-check move current values, and make parcels inactive. Then click Accept and process to import the file.

Confirm in Munis via Parcels that book and page are now appearing correctly.
