CA DE9C - Need csv file for submission

Description of Issue

XML file created from Munis was rejected.  Reporting agency says the file needs to be in a csv format.

Cause

Wrong options selected on upload

Resolution
  1. Zip the XML file created from Munis
  2. On EDD website choose 'Upload Bulk Return File' from the 'I want to...' section on the right hand side of the screen.
  3. Select Attach a File
  4. Select Wage Report
  5. Select DE 9C
  6. Select the zipped XML file
