No payments are being selected in Web Payments Import for Bridgepay

After taking payments in CSS, no payments are being selected in Web Payments Import

• CSS
• 2017.1 and higher

The Service ID in the Postback URL is not correct.

Navigate to CSS Hosting > Client Configuration > Payment Services 

1. Click Payment Services
2. Review Bridgpay and make note of the Service ID.
3. Click Bridgepay
4. Click Change
5. In the PostBack URL field
   1. Update the svc = 'x' to svc = 'Service ID from step 1'
6. Click Submit
7. Click Accept
