Unable to delete last journal line for a Recurring Journal

When modifying journal lines for a Recurring Journal, the last line is the only line that cannot be deleted.

MUN-361582 has been created to address this issue where the last line of a Recurring Journal cannot be deleted.

A workaround for this issue is to recreate this recurring journal setup without this line on it.
