Personal Action Form printing multiple pages

Cause

Multiple PAF approvers seem to be triggering a multiple print page per approver

Resolution

Contact Tyler Forms Support for assistance. If possible, please provide: 

  • A data file for the PAF form
    • A data file can be located in Saved Reported by printing to spool. Generally this will be a ".xml" or ".txt" file
  • A mock-up of the form
