How to find unused Purchase Order numbers

Cause

New to functionality 

Resolution

Go to Financials>Purchasing>Setup>Purchase Orders Unused Numbers

  1. Select Search
  2. Enter search criteria 
  3. Select Accept
  4. Click Browse to view the list of unused numbers
Additional Information

Users with the Maintain Audit Records permission can click Delete to remove a single unused number from the system, or Purge to remove all of the numbers in the active set.
