Parcel display is not accurate

Description of Issue

Site has updated and change parcel display. For example. XXX-XXXX-XXX(A) is listed in the parcel but MUNIS only shows XXX-XXXX-XXX on the bill and in bill inquiry

Context

MUNIS 11.3 or higher

Cause

Sites parcel display field is not updated to show the correct size limits

Resolution

MUNIS> Property Revenue > Property Tax billing > Northeast > Massachusetts > Assessor Setup>  Tax settings.

Navigate to Parcel Display tab. 

Using our examples XXX-XXXX-XXX(A). Update field segment on segment 3 from size 3 to size 4. Then Accept. Data will now display correctly.
