Reset Motor Vehicle Assessments

Description of Issue

Motor vehicle assessments need to be zero after running initiate bill run.

Motor vehicles assessments didn't reset after rolling the records.

Cause

The reset assessment checkbox is not set on the motor vehicle class code.

Resolution
  1. Navigate to Property Revenues > Property Tax Billing > South > Virginia > Setup > Motor Vehicle Setup > Class Codes
  2. Search for the desired MV Class Code
  3. Select Update from the Ribbon, then check the Reset assessment checkbox
  4. Click Accept to save changes
