How to assign unique addresses to Employee Dependent records through ESS Benefits Enrollment
Description of Issue
- When going through Benefits Enrollments, employees do not have an option to define an address for the dependent, how can they accomplish this?

Cause
- Employee would like to assign a different address for their dependents
- Informational
Resolution
- To accomplish this, the end user in ESS will need to navigate to the menu Personal Information
- Home > Employee Self Service > Personal Information
- Home > Employee Self Service > Personal Information
- Click the tab for Dependents
- Select Add New to add a new dependent record
- Define the dependent information including the unique address
- Next have the employee navigate to their Benefits tab to perform their benefit enrollment
- Home > Employee Self Service > Benefits
- While electing into the enrollment choice that requires one or more dependents select the option Add Coverage
- In the drop down selection, choose the dependents you wish to associate with this enrollment choice
- Proceed through enrollment as normal
- The Employee Dependent record with a unique address will be created in Munis after the Proof/Post has been completed
