Where does Contract Months/Type come from for GA TRS reporting?

1. Contract Months/Type field on the GA Teacher Retirement Maintenance record where Reporting Month = 0.  This is referred to as the Month 0 record. 

2. If no Month 0 record is found, Months field on the Cycles/Other tab for the base pay record in Employee Job/Salary matching the Job Class code from the Employee Master.

   1. If Months is greater than 0, but less than or equal to 9, Contract Months/Type is set to 0. 

   2. If Months is greater than 7, but less than 13, Contract Months/Type is set equal to the Months value. 

   3. Otherwise, Contract Months/Type is set to 12. 

The Reporting Month 0 record is intended to provide default employee information for the Generate process.
