Error initializing TylerID configuration when logging in to Field Surveyor app

Description of Issue

Error received after clicking Login on Field Surveyor app:

Error initialing TylerID configuration.
Error retrieving TylerID endpoint. Http status = NotFound

Cause

Field Surveyor is being rewritten. The current version is no longer functional and will be removed from the app store.

Resolution

Delete the app from your device
