Changing the default from address for emailing through CM



Description of Issue

The default 'from' address when emailing through CM needs to be changed to something different than it's currently set to

  • CM Full Client 



Cause




Resolution

Log into the CM Full Client with administrative rights and complete the below steps to update the 'from' email address via CM:

    1. Administration 

    2. System Setup

    3. Mail

    4. Update the Return Address and No-Reply Address fields to the preferred email address

    5. Apply

    6. OK

    7. System Status (stoplight icon in the ribbon)

    8. Clear Cache

    9. Initialize Services

    10. Log out of Munis/CM and back in to test emailing again
