Description of Issue

The Request Aging Report is not correctly filtering Requests by status

  • Filtering by an Investigating status returns Requests in a Working status 

  • Filtering by Working status returns Requests in a Closed status 

  • Filtering by Closed status returns Requests in a Cancelled status 

  • Filtering by Cancelled status returns no results

Workaround: Use the Tyler Hub Enterprise Service Requests page to view and report on Requests
