Show Hide SSN Field Missing in Employee Deduction Register

The field Show/Hide SSN is missing in the Employee Deduction Register Screen. How do I add the field. 

• Payroll 

• Employee Deduction Register

• System Administration

• Security

• Roles

• HR Management/Payroll 

The View SSN on Reports option is not checked off in the Payroll/HR Module in the users Role. 

1. Go to System Admin> Security> Roles.

2. Search on the Role.

3. Click on HR Management/Payroll

4. On the General tab, check the box for View SSN on Reports. 

5. Click Accept. 

After changing setting have user log out and back in or refresh Munis to have change apply.
