Resolution

  1. Go to Financials > Inventory Management > Setup > Reason Codes 

  2. Click Add 

  3. Complete the following fields in order to create Inventory Reason Codes

    •  Reason Code

    • Short Description 

    • Long Description 

  4.  Click Accept
