Capital Assets Inquiry does not populate class code when hand keyed

When searching in Capital Assets Inquiry, the subclass values are not correctly filtered by the selected class code

Class code was manually typed in instead of being chosen using field help

Install MUN-434780 once it's been released

Workaround:  Select class code from field help instead of manually typing it in
