Holiday Worked Rules Engine



Description of Issue

An existing Holiday Worked rule needs to be updated to include another hours worked pay code.

Cause




Resolution

To update an existing Holiday Worked Rule:

  1. Select System Admin

  2. Select Policies & Rules Engine

  3. Select Rules Engine

  4. Select Individual Rules

  5. Select Pencil for rule in question

  6. Use the Select Function drop down to select Pay Code 1 on same day as Pay Code 2

  7. Enter the holiday code as Pay Code 1 and hours worked code as Pay Code 2

  8. Use Comparison down down to select ==

  9. Enter true in text field (must be all lowercase)

  10. Use the drop down for Add Rule to select OR

  11. Select Add Rule

  12. Select Save
