An existing Holiday Worked rule needs to be updated to include another hours worked pay code.

Resolution
To update an existing Holiday Worked Rule:
Select System Admin
Select Policies & Rules Engine
Select Rules Engine
Select Individual Rules
Select Pencil for rule in question
Use the Select Function drop down to select Pay Code 1 on same day as Pay Code 2
Enter the holiday code as Pay Code 1 and hours worked code as Pay Code 2
Use Comparison down down to select ==
Enter true in text field (must be all lowercase)
Use the drop down for Add Rule to select OR
Select Add Rule
Select Save
