LA PEP October Generate includes Terminated staff

The LA PEP Report is including terminated employees in the EdLink data for the October 1 Staff period even though those staff were terminated before October 1st.

PEP Generate for October is including all employees with an Employee Master Status of A (Active) on 10/01.  It is not evaluating Terminated Date.

If the Employee Master Status should not have been Active on 10/01, use the Delete option in the LA PEP Period Records screen to remove the unexpected records.
