Pay Code not generating into Payroll - Generate Dates

Description of Issue

This month, some of or monthly stipends did not pull in and I cannot figure out why. In the Generate screen, the department numbers are correct and the pay codes are not in the exclusion section.

Context
  • Enterprise ERP

  • Payroll Processing

  • Generate Earnings and Deductions

  • Employee Job/Salary

  • Pay Start/End Date

Cause

The Begin and End Date on the Generate Earnings and Deductions screen was incorrect

Resolution

Can issue an additional pay line in the next payroll.  Or issue a check in a Miscellaneous Payroll to get the employee paid

Additional Information

For example, the Begin and End Dates on the Generate Earnings and Deductions screen were 6/15/21 - 6/24/21.  The Pay Start date in Employee Job/Salary was 8/1/22.
