WOA workflow generates approval records for both the service request and work order

WOA workflow generates approval records for both the service request and work order when a service request that was created in Service Request Quick Entry is automatically converted to a work order

Workaround: Use Create Requests or Service Requests to generate one WOA workflow record for the work order
