What TCP Applications Are Installed

How to determine what TCP Applications are licensed for a client.

Client or employee is asking if a TCP application is deployed as it isn't listed in the Tyler Deploy > Deployment > Overview.

• Tyler Deploy

• Tyler Payments

• Decision Engine (EPL)

• Employee Access

• Resident Access

• Utility Access

• Service Request Access

• Vendor Access

TCP products are listed under TCP Ecosystem in Tyler Deploy and broken down by environment.

1. Log into Tyler Deploy

2. Select TCP Ecosystem under Utilities section on the left side of the page

3. Select the drop down for the environment in question under Your Workspaces

4. The application will be listed under Licensed Products in a blue circle

The application name listed under Licensed Products may not show as the specific Tyler product name.

For example:

• Decision Engine is shown as Navigator or Navigator Lite

• Tyler Payments is shown as Payments
