ASRS - Lump Sum being included in Base

Lump sum pay is being included in the Gross Earnings on the Pay Type 01 - Base Pay/ Leave Pay Period Record instead of being reported on a separate Period Record with Pay Type 04 - Non Standard Pay.

The EERP Pay code for lump sum was defined as 01 Base Pay on the Pays tab of the Generate 

Correct the Generate define and re-Generate.
