Need a Report of all active UB Customers who are getting paperless or email bills

  1. Navigate to UB Customers (Property Revenues > Utility Billing > Master Programs)

  2. Click Search

  3. Enter 12/31/9999  into the Customer Stop Date field

  4. Select Email, and Print and Email from the Delivery method dropdown menu

  5. Hit Enter
