JD Power Getting Exception Thrown Error when attempting to price vehicle in Subsequent Billing

Description of Issue

When pricing motor vehicles in Subsequent billing, you receive an error message after clicking the Assessed value folder. 

  • Error pricing motor vehicle.

  • Threw an exception.

  • Verify - Invalid parameter(s).

Cause

Resolution

Development is currently researching this. 

The workaround is:

  1. Click Continue on the error message

  2. Another popup will appear saying "No Vehicles were priced", click Okay

  3. Click Accept to add the record

  4. Click Update

  5. Select the yellow folder to price the vehicle

  6. Click Accept to save the changes.
