Description of Issue

Tyler Cashiering account is inactive and requires to be active again to log into Tyler Cashiering.

  • Tyler Cashiering (TC)

  • SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS)

Cause

Account was set to inactive by mistake.

Resolution

Please create a case with TSM Support for further assistance in the Support Portal. 

Additional Information

Verify with site administrator (or proper level of authority) to approve request in writing.
