Description of Issue
SSRS email subscriptions fail with error - Failure sending mail: One or more errors occurred.

SMTP
Email Subscriptions
SaaS hosted clients in AWS
Cause
SMTP server required authentication which is not enabled by SSRS by default.
Resolution
Please reach out to EERP Reporting Services Support team as the config file needs to be manually modified on the server.
