Cubes document continually requests login when trying to pull new data

• Cubes

• Excel

• EERP

Users password was recently changed

1. In Excel open Cubes file in question

2. Select the connection button on the top ribbon

3. Find the target cubes page and select properties 

4. Navigate to the define section

   1. If the password is present then update to the correct password

   2. If the password is not present uncheck the Save password box

      1. Follow the prompts until the new login screen

      2. Input the new login credentials and it okay

      3. Once done re-apply the Save password option

   3. Select okay

5. Refresh the Cubes to verify the fix

6. Repeat for each Cubes page as needed
