Town Update for June Error Creating Adjustment

When running a Town Update for a June file, the program fails after processing a few parcels.

• Error Creating Adjustment.

• This bill has an unapproved Adjustment associated with it and cannot be processed at this time.

Fails to create the adjustment for the County Penalty charge code (PENV to PENC), when a Parcel in the June file has no payment activity to import.

This has been resolved in 2021.10 and above. Install the latest Tyler Deploy release for your current Enterprise ERP version.
