Applicant XML Import - WARNING Invalid gender value

When running the Applicant XML Import, user receives the error WARNING Invalid gender value <F>.

No record exists in Global Crosswalks for the Crosswalk Type ATG - AT XML IMPORT GENDER.

1. Navigate to Global Crosswalks

   1. EERP > Human Capital Management > Payroll > Payroll Administration > Global Crosswalks

2. Click Add and define the below

   1. Crosswalk Type - ATG - AT XML IMPORT GENDER

   2. Munis Value - F 

   3. Crosswalk Value - F 

   4. Reference - FEMALE is recommended

3. Repeat step 2 using a value of M for MALE

4. Click Accept

• The Munis Value and Crosswalk Value defined on the record must align with the values defined on the XML Import file.

  • F and F or FEMALE and FEMALE, not F and FEMALE

  • M and M or MALE and MALE, not M and MALE
