Only 'Principal' charges are allowed

Description of Issue

When trying to add charge code 995 in Miscellaneous Charges, I received the following message: Only 'Principal' charges are allowed

Cause

Charge codes have not been copied over to new year

Resolution

To resolve this issue, charge codes need to be created for the new fiscal year.

1. Property Revenues > Utility Billing > Setup > Accounts Receivable Charge Codes
2. Click Search
3. Enter the Year in which the charge codes exist
4. Click Accept
5. Click Mass Copy
6. Define 
7. Choose your Category from the drop down
8. Enter Model Year (Year that you will be copying from)
9. Enter Target Year (Year that you will be copying to)
10. Option: check Reset Cash Account to reset the cash account of the charge codes being copied to the default cash account from the Categories AR Code.
11. Option: check Copy Current Charges to only copy the charge codes that were in the previous screen find set.
12. Press Enter or click Accept
13. Click Ok to confirm the copy
14. Click Yes to the are you sure prompt
15. Click Ok to confirm the records created successfully
